A two-storey office and production building will be built, more than half of which will be taken by a competitor - robotics manufacturer Starship Technologies. The building will undergo a major refurbishment: a complete renovation of the façade, the roof, the exterior and interior walls and all technical systems. The building will be designed to comply with the requirements of energy class A and a solar park will be installed on the roof. The original load-bearing structure of the building will be preserved during the construction works, which will allow for a clear height of up to 12 metres.

A stock office/warehouse building will be constructed with access roads to serve the building.

The hospital's D wing will be reconstructed and will house the emergency, psychiatry, general practitioner and administrative wards, as well as an auditorium, multi-purpose rooms and warehouses. The overall design of the existing building will be retained - load-bearing structures and walkways will be retained and existing lightweight walls will be demolished.

A major refurbishment of the education and office building will be carried out to bring it up to modern operational requirements. The works will include a new evacuation system, entrances and lift, upgrading of technical systems, insulation and finishing of the façade and roof. All openings will be replaced, the interior will be redecorated and the entire exterior will be refurbished, including the car park, rainwater systems, lighting, landscaping and stairs.

The building to be reconstructed dates back to the 19th century and is located in the Old Town of Tartu, on Town Hall Square. The building, located in a heritage conservation area, will be reconstructed as a commercial and residential building. The 5-storey building will house 34 modern apartments, with commercial space on the ground floor.

The baroque plastered stone building on the corner of Town Hall Square and Ülikooli Street will be reconstructed. During the renovation, commercial space will be built on the basement and first floor, and living space on the second floor and attic. A conservatory will be built on top of the existing basement. In addition, the existing courtyard-side winch gates will be converted into one large winch gate. Large skylights will be installed on the roof to maximise the natural light into the living spaces to be constructed under the roof. The building openings will be replaced with original profiles. The reconstruction will be carried out in accordance with the special heritage conservation conditions, restoring and, where possible, conserving as many features of the original building as possible.

The construction works of the Tehvandi Support Services Centre Phase II building will be carried out, including the construction, interior finishing and special parts and the fitting-out of the gym.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the Kiili Gymnasium, the sports hall and the kindergarten, the development project includes the construction of 3 apartment buildings and 4 terraced houses. The total capacity is 39 new apartments and 17 terraced houses. In addition, new roads, squares and utilities are to be built.
